I do believe your report is inaccurate. In fact, Bob Fawcett was NOT the general manager at the time of the cull. It was Joey Houssain. I do believe the RCMP should still be investigating this offence. It is not fair that Joey gets away with all of this, and Bob is the only person who is being held responsible. This is unfair,and unjust. It is impossible (in my mind) that Bob should be the only one paying the price. It was Joey who told him to reduce the herd. It was Joey who told him he needed to cull 50 dogs. So..he gets off scott free??? Pathetic justice system.
