I read this entire article but it never even really got down to exactly, "WHY," (the title; 'Bill C-38 will impact us for years to come'), will do so. I mean if you're going to write an article called, "Bill C-38 will impact us for years to come," at least explain specifically "HOW" the bill will do so. Just sounds like the author here is another "Harper hater." And, typical to all of the "Harper Haters" shows zero conclusive evidence.
