This is not quite clear, so would you like to buy from someone specific? Because otherwise you can just go to some Bitcoin exchange and buy right away.

From the list only land and gold sounds real. But Bitcoin is based on land and gold almost the same as normal currencies. There are some people selling gold for Bitcoins, and I've seen someone offering an old house for Bitcoins.
