Chuck and Harry and Bill are coming Royals to ski Whistler, March 24-28 By Chris Woodall Whistler has become hugely popular with the Brits, so it should be no surprise that three more have made Whistler/Blackcomb a must-do. The three are Charles, Prince of Wales, and his two sons: Princes Henry, 13, and William, 15. The young lads and their dad will arrive by helicopter in the evening, March 24, after finishing a few official duties in Vancouver. No official functions are planned for their stay in Whistler, other than a one-time photo opportunity to keep the press hounds happy. Common practise in other resorts, the Royals hope to be left alone afterward. "The media are asked to kindly respect Their Royal Highnesses' wish for privacy," say media co-ordinators. That goes for the general public, too. There's no need to curtsey, for example, should you bump into a Royal. The traditional Whistler "how's it goin', dude" would probably be more than fine. Given the teen ages of the sons, it's a sure bet they won't be seen in Maxx Fish.
