This week the association announced its official team for next season, which includes their World Cup team, development team and training team. Each team corresponds with a different level of the Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) program embraced by Canadian sports, with the national "Group A" team in the "Train to Win" stage, the Group B development team in the "Learn to Win" stage and the Group C training team in the "Train to Compete and Learn to Win" stage.

The team is heavy with Quebec athletes, representing 25 of the 38 athletes selected for next season.
