How would you address the housing developments now facing the Village? Stick to guidelines and policies set out in the Official Community Plan. Provide an environment where developers have a clear idea of the process while keeping the community informed and provide opportunities for input.
What do you think is the Village of Pemberton's role in boosting economic activity? Provide appropriate zoning, an easy-to-navigate development process and an inviting environment for new business.
What would you do to enhance the environment for business? Have the Economic Development Committee reinstated, adopt an appropriate commercial tax incentive, streamline process for new businesses, increase dialogue with local businesses and improve relationship with Pemberton Chamber.
