It would help if the Halkett Bay group would get informed about the PCBs. The government removed all PCBs BEFORE the ship was sold.

Perhaps the Dawn Green should so some research to get her facts straight rather than believing the everything Gary MacDonald & the Save Halkett Bay campaign are putting out.
