I understand Mr Fawcett went to the SPCA first, asking for their help in what to do with these dogs & it was only after, not getting the help he needed, his last resort was to shoot them. If the SPCA was not able to take the dogs, then why didn't they step in and find foster homes for them?

So now the SPCA has spent more than $200,000 investigating this, after the fact, with our donations?
