My five favourite tracks right now:

1. Don’t Ever F-ing Question That — Atmosphere

"Whether it be Ant's choice of amazingly harmonious samples wrapped in his signature snares, or Slug's ability to write exactly what's travelling through my grey matter, this song never ceases to amaze me and literally send chills down my spine."

2. Roads — Portishead

"Put some headphones on and listen as the bass lines in this track completely knock you out of this world and into a land of perfectly melding violins, guitars, gentle percussion, and of course, angelic female vocals."

3. Nightmare — Josh Martinez

"The piano sample in this song is ridiculous! Combine that with rolling snares, hard kicks, and off-kilter hats and you have one spectacular instrumental. Add in Josh's distinctly scratchy voice and down to earth lyrics and ta-da! A song that is anything but a nightmare."

4. Float On — Modest Mouse

"I've heard you either love ’em or hate ’em, but after listening to this song

I have no idea how anybody could not like these guys! This song straight up kills it."

5. The F Word — Cannibal Ox

"From Ox's trademarked abstract sample used to the perfect flow, this is one staggering track. Though, despite what you may think, the 'F word' in this track is actually referring to friendship. What can I say, I'm a sucker for a love story."

Last Words:

"This plan is random at best... Apple seeds yielding."
