Province of Alberta to showcase itself, Sea to Sky area to clients

Rocky Mountaineer Vacations announced today that it will operate a VIP corporate hospitality train to Whistler during February of 2010 on behalf of the Province of Alberta and its clients.

The Rocky Mountaineer train will run daily between North Vancouver and Whistler using a special train comprised of the GoldLeaf Service dome cars and lounge cars.

Rocky Mountaineer has partnered with brand.LIVE, an international event management company, to operate the corporate hospitality train. The deal includes use of the Rocky Mountaineer Station in Vancouver for special events in February 2010.

It is a tremendous honour for us to offer this special run of the Rocky Mountaineer train when all eyes will be on Vancouver and Whistler, said Randy Powell, President of Rocky Mountaineer Vacations. We are proud of our long standing relationship with the Province of Alberta and are thrilled to enter into this joint venture where together, we will welcome the world to Western Canada in February of 2010.

This special run of the Rocky Mountaineer train will showcase Alberta and the Sea to Sky region between North Vancouver and Whistler.
