Members of the Whistler Skating Club returned from the annual Spring Fling in Aldergrove last weekend with several medals and personal bests.
Because of the large number of entries each competitive category was divided in groups where separate sets of medals were awarded.
In Elementary Ladies 10 and Over, Jordynn Anderson was second in Group 1, Madleine Blaser third in Group 2 and Abbey Dekok - in her first ever competition - sixth in Group 3.
In Pre Preliminary Ladies 9 and Under Lydia Robertson was first in Group 1 and Jandzeela Thompkins fifth in Group 2.
Noam Steele won gold in Pre Preliminary Men.
Emily Cankovic was fifth in Preliminary Ladies 11 and Over, Group 2.
Rebekah Robertson was fifth in the Pre Novice Ladies Short Program and third in the Long Program.
