The Pemberton Museum Archives building will be dedicated to Mrs. Margaret Fougberg and the late Slim Fougberg on Tues. Aug. 31 at the Pemberton & District Museum at 2 p.m. The Fougbergs started collecting and storing archival facts and records many years before the museum society was established. Hop on your hog and head to Whistler for the second annual Fire Fighters Bikers for Burns Whistler Run to support the BC Professional Fire Fighters Burn Fund and its summer Burn Camp. The run starts at the Flying Swan Café in Vancouver at 9 a.m. (registration at 8 a.m.) and goes up the Sea to Sky Highway to the Whistler Village Fire Hall. Cost is $20/person.
