Bizarre Bazaar, December 1, 2

What:          WHISTLER FILM FESTIVAL Back for its sixth year!                   The film fest brings 94 films, several premiers                  and a whole bunch of fun and excitement. Buy                  tickets online or at the festival box office in the                   new Blackcomb Lodge from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

What:          Bizarre Bazaar Looking for a one-of-a-kind            Christmas gift? Whistler’s Bizarre Bazaar has a               reputation for quality hand-made unique crafts               from the local area. Featuring more than 100          artisans from the corridor, the Lower Mainland                and the province. Hours are: 3-9 p.m. on                     December 1, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on December 2.

What:          PHOTOS WITH SANTA Bring your dog, your child or          anyone who would like their photo taken with                 Santa! Don’t forget your appetite - there is a               yummy bake sale too. All proceeds from the              photos and the bake sale go to WAG. WAG is               asking for a $15 donation for the photos.        

When:         Saturday December 2, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

What:          AUTHOR READING Robert Bringhurst will read                 from his latest book ‘The Tree of Meaning’ in                  Whistler. All welcome to attend.

Everyone is            welcome to check out all that local businesses                   have to offer. This is also an opportunity to              showcase what your business has to offer. What:          PEMBERTON CHAMBER DINNER The Pemberton &          District Chamber of Commerce is holding its           annual Christmas dinner and Citizen & Business      of the Year Awards. Tickets are $25 and are             available at the Pemberton Valley Supermaket.                Dinner begins at 7 p.m., cocktails at 6 p.m.
