Upcoming Nighttime Closures

The Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure is constructing a pedestrian overpass over Highway 99 and the CN Railway north of Valley Drive in Squamish. Motorists are advised that on July 17 and July 18, between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m., Highway 99 will be closed to erect the overpass. A detour on municipal roads will be available for buses, light vehicle traffi c and trucks with three or fewer axles. Larger commercial vehicles, including all fuel trucks, will not be allowed on the detour and will be required to wait for the highway to re-open.
