Suiting one-of-a-kind music

The Reverend Michael Varrin hosts another show stopping concert with The Sadies on Sunday, Oct. 14 at the Garibaldi Lift Company (GLC). The indie band will step up the traditionally instrumental show by throwing a book of lyrics from their newest album New Seasons at the crowds. The Toronto foursome combine ’60s country rock, psychedelia, surf, punk and cosmic American music for a sound like no other. Every shoulder season the Rev brings in these truly one-of-a-kind shows to keep locals from going stir crazy. If you were one of the unfortunate few who couldn’t get tickets for the Rev’s last colossal concert with DJ Champion and the G Strings, get organized and pick up your tickets early. Advance tickets are now on sale for $20 at the GLC.
