Call for submissions! The Whistler Arts Council is calling all artists, youth, children, adults and community groups to create a unique lantern or lanterns, light sculpture or light installation for the 3rd annual Festival of Lights. The winning lantern will be selected by a jury of professionals and a cash prize of $500 will be given to the creator. Bring entries to Millennium Place by Nov. 30.
