Jal is a Sudanese-born former child soldier, enlisted as a young boy to fight for the Sudan People's Liberation Army. The experience eventually inspired his music, which is dedicated to pursuit of unity, not just in his homeland but also all over the world. You can expect some declarations of love and some handholding amongst the crowd. Enjoy.
