The Winter Eagle count is coordinated by Thor Froslev and Nina Rytter and is conducted by trained volunteers for scientific purposes. The counters all check in at the Brackendale Art Gallery to report their numbers and everyone is to the gallery during the day as the numbers come in through the day.
