The Vancouver Police Department is investigating what is believed to be a targeted killing, the city’s 11th homicide this year.
At around 5 a.m. on July 20 a man in his 40s was shot inside the London Hotel, near East Georgia and Main streets the VPD stated in a recent release. Two suspects fled the scene and have not been located.
The victim’s name is not being released at this time pending next of kin notification.
