Re: “There is no Planet B

It is one of those "common" times in history where the world is united along a common "misunderstanding": just as they did when the world was flat or the Earth was the centre of the universe or when we could not possibly threaten our own environment/existence.

We are talking about conventional wisdom, not scientific fact and conventional wisdom is most often, in the human experience, WRONG!

We can no longer stand by and allow the global temperature to continue to rise unchecked.???

There is no legitimate theory of climate change or global warming, so there can be no appropriate response and any actions taken based on the current form of dead reckoning, may at best, do nothing, is entirely unlikely to do any good, but, will most likely make things worse.

Global Warming is a blessing!

If and/or when, the unwashed masses finally are given the truth, they will come to understand what is happening here, what indeed is our part in causing it and what if anything can or for that matter should, we do about it?

Let's start with an appropriate, pertinent and cogent theory of climate change. Once they can demonstrate some real sound science, then we can start to formulate solutions.

We keep making the same mistakes, over and over and over again. We invented science so we could dispense with opinion and consensus. Now we have regressed back to opinion and consensus because there is no science to back it up (and be clear about this very immutable fact, that statistics and dead reckoning are not acceptable substitutes for a working scientific theory).

Remember, there is no Planet B. We can not afford to keep running around with our head cut off! We just end up causing more damage.

Re: “Deniers are all over the map; climate realists all over the world

I much prefer global warming to the alternative!
