Happytobehere, that shadowy face and tone in the comment is indicative of someone who maybe works at W/B?

It would be simple if the laws could be interpreted so that W/B's tenure of (public) land is not a carte blanche to do whatever with zero competition. The ski school system in Europe thrives with competition, which allows both the customer and the instructor to pay and receive, respectively, a fair amount for the service. As it is now in Whistletown, both clients and instructors feel a bit bent over and the only ones happy are the W/B management and shareholders.

Meanwhile the vast majority of W/B employees earn significantly less than the Whistler 20/20 "Minimum allowable threshold".

Let's pressure her to take a stand on the Kinder Morgan pipeline/tanker expansion. All the fuss over northern gateway and this project is slipping under the radar. While the NDP has laid opposition to Enbridge, they have not (yet) opposed Kinder Morgan...

it would be rediculous to remove the wreckage, it's a work of art. and a really, really fun bike trail. a much cheaper option would be to build a trail adjacent to the tracks....
