TFergie’s Cafe will be coming back this summer.

A specific date wasn’t given in a recent news release issued by the restaurant, but it did say that the owners have chosen a new management team.

Victor Pulleyblank will be in charge of the kitchen as executive chef, while Naomi Aris Horii will be the restaurant manager.

“If we had searched the whole world over, Jake and I could not have found a better pair to bring our beloved Fergie’s back,’’ said owner Jess Freese in a news release.

“Victor and Naomi are not just incredibly talented and hardworking people, they are our friends, and they care deeply about the history and spirit of the café. With our new building approaching completion, we are thrilled that Fergie’s is in such good hands.”

Pulleyblank has worked for a number of restaurants between his time in London, England, and Whistler.

They include Dubh Linn Gate, Araxi, Café Medina, Chambar, Blue Water, West, and The Pearl.

Aris Horii is the former co-owner and operator of Butter on the Endive catering and events.

A blaze last year forced Fergie’s to close.
