Here’s your chance to lend a helping hand! Join the Whistler Fisheries Stewardship Group in a stream and wetland restoration project Tuesday, Oct. 1 between 5 and 7 p.m.
Volunteers are needed to help restore the Lost Lake wetland with native vegetation and to re-establish the riparian area along Blackcomb Creek through the Chateau Whistler Golf course.
The Fisheries Stewardship Group is extending an invitation to everyone who has supported the WFSG since 1996, including members, funders, local business and corporations.

Museum seeks volunteers
The Whistler Museum and Archives is looking for volunteers.
The museum is looking for people to assist with our newest project, the digitization of approximately 10,000 images from the Whistler Question Photograph Fonds.
Volunteers are asked to provide one day per week until early December. Training in museum principles and practices, such as the care and handling of archival photographs, will be provided.
Those with an interest in community history and culture will find this opportunity very rewarding. The museum needs your support to make this important and exciting project a success.
