It wasnt a sweep, but Canadas three super-G medals at the Junior World Championship super G at Serre Chevalier, France, still looked pretty good.
In the mens competition, Francois Bourque, who is 18 and a member of the national team, took the gold medal ahead of Sergeij Komarov of Russia and Austrias Mario Scheiber.
In the womens super-G, Brigitte Acton of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, collected the silver medal, followed closely by Kelly Vanderbeek of Kitchener, Ontario.
The junior world championships continue through the weekend.
