What: Blare & Maxine’s High School Reunion, an interactive comedy

Who: Rotary Club Benefit for the adaptive ski program

Where: The Westin Resort and Spa

When: Friday and Saturday, May 9-10

High school reunions come once every 10 years, but why wait? Blare and Maxine want you to be at theirs, so dress up and do the right thing by attending this Rotary Club fundraiser to aid the adaptive ski program. It’ll be an interactive comical caper of dramatic proportions, the brain child of Ab Fab star, Michele Bush and her motley crew of crazy actors.

At this particular 20-year high school reunion, the audience is part of the show. Suddenly you will become one of Blare and Maxine’s old high school buddies with a new identity on arrival, a new name tag and a brief list of personality quirks and old "friends" to look for. To stir things up even more, intriguing classmates will join the party with some "pressing issues" they need to resolve. Nine hilarious scenes will be performed throughout the evening which will conclude with a climactic awards ceremony which reveals exactly what the characters are up to, such as:

Why is Spike, old school heartthrob and now fading rock star looking so desperately for Julie, his ex-squeeze and particularly her locket?

Will Maxine and Cliff finally find true love after years of misunderstandings?

Will Cliff remember the terrible drunken night with Blare over 15 years ago?

Can Blare keep her rather large secrets from being revealed, and will Wedge the chauvinist pig ex football jock finally have his chance with Blare after years of scathing rejection?

Classmates can get as involved in action as they want, create their own dramas or watch the action unfold from the sidelines. Anything goes – this is high school after all.

Dinner and show tickets are $65 with a $20 tax receipt available on request. Show time is 7 p.m. Ph: XXX for bookings.
