Meet at the Pemberton Steakhouse / Bike Co. parking lot for a pancake breakfast at 9 a.m., and then be prepared to spend a day out in the field. Bring along any tools like rakes, shovels, picks, buckets and loppers that you can spare, and any friends and family members you can corral.

The following weekend, April 16, WORCA and the PVTA will host the Ice Breaker Loonie Race on local trails to be announced.

Dates change for World Snowboarding Invitational

Due to the overwhelming requests from qualifiers, the organizers of the Telus World Ski and Snowboard Festival have changed the dates for the World Snowboarding Invitational.

Both the ski and snowboard events were originally planned for the same days, but the snowboard events will now happen on the first weekend, April 8-10.
