Whistler Gymnastics adds third ring

Year-end show is a fun event

The Whistler Gymnastics Club is hosting its annual year-end show May 28 at Whistler Secondary, following a circus theme – fitting because one of the club’s most successful fundraising events this season was a performance by Phoenix Cirque, courtesy of Bear Foot Bistro owner Andre St. Jacques.

The year-end show is a fun event, featuring performances from different recreational and non-competitive groups of all ages, from the Kinder group from Meadow Park to the club’s competitive Level 2 provincial team. The rhythmic gymnastics group from Pemberton will also perform.

Admission is by donation and there will be an opportunity to sign up for the club’s July and August summer camps or to pre-register for the fall gymnastics session. The show will run from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
