Zero Ceiling removes another obstacle

Organization now set up for online donations

Zero Ceiling, a local organization that provides recreational opportunities in Whistler and Mont Tremblant to at-risk youth — as well as a snowboard instructor and residence programs for youth looking to move to Whistler full-time — has made it easier to participate in fundraisers.

Earlier this month Zero Ceiling launched a new website that includes the ability to donate online to Zero Ceiling programs. The website will also support the silent auction taking place during the Telus World Ski and Snowboard Festival, of which Zero Ceiling is the official charity.

“Our new website is the perfect tool to communicate to everyone what we are all about and our goals for expanding our innovative and highly effective programs,” said Marc Zurbuchen, program manager for Zero Ceiling.

Visitors to the site making donations will automatically receive tax receipts.
