Celebrate the artwork of Alexander Sheversky at an artist reception for his exhibit Enchanting Moments on Saturday, Dec. 29 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Whistler Village Art Gallery, located in the Hilton Whistler Resort. His ballerina paintings can be found in both museums and private collections around the world. His painting technique grew from the study of past masters, primarily Vermeer and Rembrandt. He carries on the classical tradition helping audiences to discover spirituality and simplicity in the complex subjects he paints.
