LUNA is screening a special bilingual film on Wednesday, Aug. 19 as part of their summer series, LunaFliks.

Bon Cop Bad Cop follows two Canadian police officers - one French, one English - as they are forced to work together to catch a serial killer who is targeting the hockey world.

This feature film is preceded by a good ol' game of ball hockey and a special locally-produced short film, The Staff: A Ski Bum Musical , which won the Telus World Ski and Snowboard Festival's 72-Hour Filmmaker Showdown.

Gates open at 8:30 p.m. and the screenings start at sundown (around 9 p.m.) at Lost Lake Park. Entry is $7, and there's a free shuttle leaving from the gondolas. If it rains, the fun moves inside to the Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre, located in the Upper Village, and the film screens at 7 p.m., instead.
