Parking: what’s open and what’s closed

Attention Whistler residents: parking in the resort municipality is about to look very different, with Olympic organizers now starting to move into town. Day Skier parking lots

Lot 1, Lot 2 and Lot 3 in the village close Feb. 1 and open March 1.

Lot 4 and Lot 5 in the village close Feb. 1 and open March 30.

Lot 6 at Blackcomb Base II closes Feb. 1 until March 1, and again from March 26 until March 30.

Lot 7 and Lot 8 at Blackcomb Base II closed in September and will remain closed through March 30

 

Creekside parking lot

The surface lot closes Jan. 4 until April 21.

Part of level P2 in the underground lot closes from Jan. 11 to Jan. 31 and March 22 to April 5.

The whole underground lot is inaccessible between Feb. 1 and March 21.

 

Telus Conference Centre parking lot

The surface lot closed Dec. 28 and will remain closed until April 4.

The underground lot closes Jan. 24 and will remain closed until April 4.

Elsewhere

On all roads throughout February, there will be no parking on odd sides anytime and no parking on even sides between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Also, there will be no parking on transit routes, either side of the road.

The golf course driving range will be closed to the public in February.
