After that it costs $40. If you need a bed, this is the place to get it. Other choice is Sleep Country or IKEA.

When: Thursday March 25, 3 p.m. - onward

What: AWARE KIDS GAMES DAY AND CARA'S GOODBYE PARTY AWARE presents a kids' Games Day as well as a goodbye party for Cara Richard, who's leaving the kids' club! Volunteers are needed but the cost of the event is absolutely free. Meet at the Whistler Public Library.

When: Saturday March 27, 10 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

What: FATHER/DAUGHTER DRESS SALE Drop off donated items such as dresses, shoes, shawls and sweaters to the Whistler Children's Centre between March 24 and 26 in advance of the Father/Daughter Dress Sale as part of a fundraising event. What: CEDAR VALLEY WALDORF SCHOOL TOURS Wondering about a school that can ignite a life-long desire for learning? Come to a school tour at the Waldorf School in Squamish and see the philosophy as it applies to various stages to child learning and development. Tours scheduled for last Wednesday of every month.

When: Wednesday March 31, 9:15 a.m.

What: CUBAN SALSA AND REGGAETON WORKSHOP Emile Sanchez and Arassay Reyes present salsa workshops in Whistler. Reyes has worked with choreographers such as Paul Becker from So You Think You Can Dance and choreographed actors for the upcoming film Sucker Punch. Cost is $20, $50 for a package.

What: BENEFIT TO SUPPORT PHOTOGRAPHER ERIN HOGUE Creekbread is hosting A Night of Organic Pizzas to support Erin Hogue Photography in its most recent project, in association with Skate4Cancer. A portion of pizza sales will go to a project that promotes cancer prevention in today's youth.

What: TELUS WORLD SKI AND SNOWBOARD FESTIVAL Yes, regrettably there's another party coming. It's a 10-day-and-night showcase of progressions in the skiing and snowboarding world with arts and music events pumped full of adrenaline. It's Canada's largest free outdoor concert series.
