Adaptive Ski program

The Whistler Adaptive Ski program is opening a new equipment centre at Olympic Station on Whistler Mountain.

Over the past five years the program has grown out of its old digs at the Carleton Lodge and has now moved to a more centralized location.

The Whistler Rotary Club raised $30,000 to build the new centre and Whistler-Blackcomb provided the space.

The official opening ceremony will take place at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 26 and there will be an open house after 2 p.m. where volunteers will answer questions and provide tours of the new building.
