Art In Whistler, August 25-September 01

The Whistler art-walking tour is a great way to experience local galleries and public art pieces. Self-guided brochures are available at Millennium Place or online at www.whistlerartscouncil.com.

Also, many local cafes, restaurants, bars and retail outlets offer up their walls as display spaces for visual artists. Keep your eyes open because you never know where you might spy that essential piece.

The local farmer’s markets are also an important part of the summer art scene with a wide variety of photographers, clothing designers, artists and jewelry artisans displaying.
