Where: The Gallery at Chateau Whistler

The eclectic gallery at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler Resort will be unveiling a new exhibit of oil paintings of nudes and the human form by Calgary artist Teresa Posyniak on Saturday, March 27.

Posyniak will be in attendance between 1 and 7 p.m.

Where: Adele Campbell Fine Art & Design Gallery

Bright travel-inspired acrylics by Nancy O’Toole and oil paintings by Mike Svob are a perfect cure for the winter blahs. New works by the artists are part of a new feature exhibit at the classy gallery on the lobby level of the Delta Whistler Resort beginning Saturday, March 27.

Both Svob and O’Toole will be in attendance at the exhibit reception in the gallery from 5 to 9 p.m.

The exhibit runs until April 15.

There is still a week left to view the collection of paintings and photography comprising the Whistler Arts Council’s juried revive REJUVENATE renew exhibit. But the gallery gets a new vision for the month of April. Local painter Sheree Blanch will be making her Whistler debut with a collection of works titled Visionquest.

Blanch will be in attendance at the exhibit reception, taking place Friday, April 2 from 7 to 9 p.m.
