B.C. Premier John Horgan has announced some cabinet changes that will see two ministers exchanging roles and another role being filled.
Bruce Ralston and Michelle Mungall have switched places. Ralston, formerly B.C.'s minister of jobs, trade and technology, has been appointed minister of energy, mines and petroleum resources, taking over from Michelle Mungall. Mungall will now take over Ralston's old position as the – slightly renamed – minister of jobs, economic development and competitiveness.
Anne Kang has been appointed minister of citizens' services, taking over from Selina Robinson, who was serving as acting minister. Robinson, B.C.'s minister of municipal affairs and housing, had been filling the citizens' services role since Jinny Sims resigned in October.
