Hot off the release of her new album Sticky Hands , Jessica Beach returns for another show in Whistler Saturday, Dec. 23 at 10 p.m. at the Garibaldi Lift Company (GLC).

Her singles from the album, Change and Endless, are enjoying heavy radio play with Beach hard at work getting her music out on the live stage circuit around B.C. and Alberta.

Backed by a four-piece band, including her brother Chris Beach on guitar, her thoughtful lyrics come to light with tight harmonies and solid rhythms.

Piano has always been the driving melody behind her work.

From the moment her dad rescued a piano from a church basement when she was six years old, Beach has devoted her life to making music.

She grew up listening to everything from Sam Cooke and Sex Pistols to Linda Ronstadt and RunDMC. Her influences have resulted in a style that appeals to a broad spectrum of listeners.

Her relatable, hooky and radio-friendly sound, best described as bluesy pop with an edge, is picking up momentum with Sticky Hands being distributed across Canada by Maple Music.

Advance $10 tickets are available at the GLC or $15 at the door.
