Michael Allen’s much anticipated black bear ecology exhibit, A Year in the Life of a Whistler Black Bear, will open at the Whistler Museum and Archives Thursday, June 24. The educational exhibit features photographs, information based on Allen’s research, statistics on local bears, a bear skull and paw, a casting of bear tracks, and clawed tree trunk sections. The WMAS invites everyone to the museum at 7:30 p.m. to meet Allen. Refreshments will be made available.
