    Long-time Whistler photographer Bonny Makarewicz passed away yesterday, March 27, succumbing to a cancer she has been fighting privately and courageously for months. Makarewicz has been a photojournalist for more than two decades, documenting not just Whistler’s growth and personality, but also its sports heroes and celebrities, and those who come to work and play at the resort.
