Books needed for annual sale

As the May holiday long weekend draws near, organizers of Whistler’s annual used book sale are on the hunt for things to sell.

And that means books of any kind, magazines, videos, DVDs, CDs and comics.

Donations can be dropped off at the boxes located at Nesters, TD Canada Trust and the Whistler Public Library.

The book sale will take place on Saturday, May 19 in front of the Marketplace IGA from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

All proceeds will go to the library.

To arrange for pick up of any large donations call organizer Jane Reid at 604-932-3665.
