Empty your pockets for Zero Ceiling sport and work programs

The Zero Ceiling Society of Canada (ZCSC) is challenging Whistler community members and visitors to use their small change to help make big changes in the lives of at-risk and homeless youth.

A charitable society that offers innovative sports and work programs to at-risk and homeless youth in the Lower Mainland and Sea to Sky Corridor, ZCSC is launching a new Change 4 Change fundraising campaign.

The initiative will kick off on Thursday, Dec. 16 and any donations given will go towards innovative sport and work programs for high-risk youth. In Whistler, the organization has set up a symbolic Giving Tree in Millennium Place over the Christmas holidays.

"The Giving Tree is a fun way to introduce the new Change 4 Change campaign to our community," said Kasi Lubin, ZCSC's executive director. "Our inaugural Giving Tree is decorated with relevant objects related to our campaign and it is our hope that our colourful coin boxes and our Giving Tree will inspire Whistlerites and visitors to put their change toward Zero Ceiling's life-changing programs."

Businesses interested in supporting the program are encouraged to place a Change 4 Change collection box in their place of work.
