It's hard to stand on the threshold of a dream. It's easy to bring together spiritual and community needs in one building, to combine under one roof a place for worship and a place for practical, every-day needs. Most difficult of all is to answer the needs and visions of different faiths in a shared facility. But we feel confident these divergent goals have been fulfilled in the proposed Interfaith Chapel and Meeting Place. Finally, all the gradually evolving needs and dreams of the last 30 years are taking on tangible reality. This is an exciting time in our history of Whistler.
