A story in the April 30 edition of Pique under the headline ‘Enforcement, loss of business issues with smoking legislation’, it was reported that the new smoking regulation — the Workers’ Compensation Board’s Occupational Health and Safety Regulation — was expected to be in place by November. However, no transition date has been confirmed for the regulation which is still being discussed by members of the local Tobacco Task
