Judi Krzyzanowski of Pemberton imports Sheese, a vegan cheese substitute, from Scotland, showcased the 100 per cent vegan and kosher product as part of Slow Food Cycle Sunday.

The soon to be doctor of forestry, PhD student and air quality specialist ships the product via overseas freight, not overseas flight as indicated in one of my previous articles.

Krzyzanowski tries to use as green transportation as possible, including transporting Sheese by train once the product arrives in Canada.
