Creekside, Spring Creek buses increased

Two weeks ahead of the official start to the ski season, and the beginning of the new Whistler and Valley Express schedule, bus service to the Creekside and Spring Creek areas is being increased to handle the demand.

Starting on Friday, Nov. 5, there will be an auxiliary service between Whistler Village and Whistler Creek/Spring Creek.

The Whistler Creek service will run every 15 minutes until 2 p.m., then every eight minutes until 6:30 p.m.

There will also be four more buses going to Spring Creek at 11:33, 12:33, 1:33 and 2:41 p.m., in addition to the existing schedule.

Auxiliary schedules will be available on WAVE buses, or online at

WAVE’s winter service schedule gets underway on Nov. 20, opening day for Blackcomb.
