The final competition in the three-race Whistler Downhill Series was rained out on Tuesday, prompting organizers to move it to sunnier pastures, hopefully, on Sept. 5.
Originally slated to be a four-race series, the first race was cancelled due to safety concerns. Race organizer Paul Fournier says the third race will go ahead because its the big one all awards will be given out after the last downhill.
