Whistler continues to be the destination of choice for world celebrities and media organizations.

magazine will visit the resort this month to begin documenting Whistler’s "star" attractions as well as their fans. The article will feature such visitors as Prince Edward, the Duke of Kent, who made the trip up Highway 99 this April for a few days of skiing and relaxation following a Vancouver business conference.April also saw Los Angeles-based E! Entertainment Network broadcasting from the World Ski and Snowboard festival. The network’s daily news program FYE! featured local athletes, personalities, businesses and of course Big Air action. The episode aired in May.
Celebrities vacationing in Whistler in the past have included Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston, Kevin Costner, Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Philippe and Arnold Schwarzenegger.
