Dusty’s to jazz things up on Sunday night

Who: Kaejema

Where: Dusty’s

When: Sunday, Feb. 8

Creekside will get down to a jazzier beat this Sunday evening when Vancouver band Kaejema takes the stage at Dusty’s.

The four-piece guitar, drum and bass band throws down a sound guitarist Kit Soden describes as "energetic funk-acid jazz-reggae."

Together for the past eight years, the band has developed a free flowing, improv-laced instrumental groove that has landed them at the Vancouver Jazz Festival the past two years in a row.
