Experimental Painting Techniques 

When: Tue., Sept. 22, 9 a.m., Wed., Sept. 23, 9 a.m. and Thu., Sept. 24, 9 a.m. 2015
This workshop is intended to explore experimental development of painting ideas to create more personal interpretations using acrylics and other water media, led by Richard McDiarmid. Pigment applications can include trowels, sponges, painting knives, stamping techniques, and brushes as possible options or in combination. In addition, alla prima, transparent glazing, lifting, and various transfer techniques will be reviewed. Cost is $313 for WAC members and $329 for non-members.
