The annual fall used book sale is just around the corner, in
front of the IGA Marketplace on the Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend.
Book collection boxes are located at Nesters Market, the TD
Canada Trust, the Whistler Public Library and Spring Creek Community School.
Donations of books of any description are accepted: hard and soft cover,
fiction, non-fiction, for children or adults, on any subject.
The sale will be held on Saturday, Oct. 11

, in
front of IGA from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Books are sold by donation. Funds from
this sale will be split between the school libraries at Whistler Secondary,
Spring Creek and Myrtle Philip.
